This is one of my favorite recipes for Halloween; Paige always loves to help me decorate them!

- 8oz unsalted butter, softened (2 sticks)
- 1 C sugar
- 2 C all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 4 medium eggs
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 24 cupcake liners
- Few drops of blue food coloring
- Icing writers
- Candy eyeballs
Preheat the oven to 375F, 190C, gas 5. Cream butter and sugar together in a medium bowl until light and fluffy. Add flour, salt, eggs, milk and food coloring and whisk until the mixture is smooth. Fill 24 cupcake liners.
Place cupcake tins in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove the tins from the oven, add the eyeballs while they’re still warm. Leave the cupcakes to cool in the tins for a few minutes, decorate them with icing, and put them on a platter.
